OliveEggra grants one exclusive master franchise per country. The master franchisee operates the full OliveEggra model within their territory, with rights to appoint sub-franchisees subject to brand compliance requirements.
Country exclusivity is conditional on meeting defined performance benchmarks.
Territory & Initial Rollout
Additional future markets include Portugal, Italy, TΓΌrkiye, France, Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt, the United States (California, Texas, Georgia, Florida), Argentina, Chile, Saudi Arabia, and Australia. Sign the NDA for full territory documentation.

Sub-Franchising
The master franchisee may appoint sub-franchisees within their territory, subject to OliveEggra brand compliance requirements and prior written approval.
Technology & Data
All franchisees operate on the OliveEggra central technology platform. Subscription management, product management, pricing, supplier management and reporting are provided centrally. Data collected within a territory remains subject to OliveEggra data governance standards.
Brand & Quality Control
OliveEggra sets and enforces brand, quality, food-safety, ethical-sourcing and packaging standards globally. Audit and inspection rights are reserved.
Compliance
Each master franchisee is responsible for full compliance with all applicable local laws, food-safety regulations, employment law, tax obligations and consumer-protection legislation in their territory.
Termination
Material breach, failure to meet performance benchmarks, or violation of brand standards may result in termination following a defined notice and cure process. Specific termination provisions will be set out in the master franchise agreement.
Exit & Transfer
Transfer of a master franchise is subject to OliveEggra approval, compliance with the franchise agreement, and payment of any applicable transfer fee. Exit provisions will be specified in the executed agreement.
